The Fontainebleau - Las Vegas
Our Stay at the New Fontainebleau Las Vegas
In July 2025, while attending Las Vegas Market, we stayed at the newly opened Fontainebleau Las Vegas—and it turned out to be the perfect spot for our trip. Located toward the north end of the Strip, it’s close enough to everything we needed but just far enough away to feel a little quieter and more refined.
First Impressions
The moment we walked in, we noticed how thoughtful the design felt. The lobby is full of beautiful details—marble, glass, brass accents, and lighting that really sets the tone. The whole hotel manages to feel both grand and welcoming at the same time, which isn’t easy to do in a place as big as Las Vegas.
The Rooms
Our room was calm, modern, and beautifully finished. The mix of textures, the hardware, and the lighting all felt carefully considered. Everything had a polished look without being over the top. And the beds—honestly, some of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. After long days at Market, it was heaven.
Dining & Drinks
We made a point to try a few of the restaurants and bars inside the hotel, and each had its own personality:
- Mother Wolf brought incredible Roman-inspired food in a space that was stylish but still felt warm and comfortable.
- Collins was a favorite for cocktails—intimate, elegant, and a perfect place to unwind.
- Nowhere Bar was such a highlight. Listening to live jazz in a cozy, well-designed space with a great cocktail in hand—it was one of those memorable Vegas moments that felt completely different from the usual Strip experience.
Why We Loved It
As designers, what stood out to us were the details. The way materials were repeated throughout the hotel made everything feel connected, from the lobby to the rooms to the restaurants. It’s clear a lot of thought went into how the spaces would feel to guests, not just how they would look.
Final Thoughts
Fontainebleau Las Vegas quickly became a favorite for us. It was the right mix of convenience and calm, with beautiful design details everywhere we turned. For anyone heading to Las Vegas—whether for Market or for fun—it’s definitely worth experiencing.
