Step 1 – Purchase Your E-Design Package or Submit an Inquiry

Choose and purchase the e-design package that best fits your project. After checkout, you'll receive a welcome email with our design questionnaire and instructions for submitting:

Looking for something more customized? Submit an inquiry form, and our team will be happy to discuss your project and prepare a tailored proposal.

Step 2 – Project Review

Once we receive your completed questionnaire and project information, our team will review your submission and confirm all project details before design begins.

Step 3 – Design Development

Your project officially begins once all required information has been received.

Within 15 business days, you'll receive your initial design presentation, including a customized design concept, product recommendations, and styling direction tailored to your space.

Step 4 – Revisions & Final Design

Review your design and provide feedback. You'll have the opportunity to request revisions based on your package inclusions.

Final design documents will be delivered within 10 business days of receiving your revision requests.
