La Storia Design Company currently ships within the United States only (including all 50 states and Washington, D.C.). We are unable to ship internationally at this time.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your order is placed for an address we are unable to deliver to, we will contact you directly to arrange an alternative solution or issue a full refund.

For certain remote or hard-to-access locations, additional shipping fees may apply. If this is the case, our team will reach out prior to shipment to confirm any adjustments.

Lead Times
In-stock items such as decor, candles, and tabletop accessories typically ship from our shop within 2–3 business days and arrive within approximately 5–7 business days, depending on location.

Larger items such as furniture, lighting, rugs, mirrors, and artwork ship directly from our distribution partners. Lead times may vary based on availability and vendor processing times.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive via different carriers and timelines.

We will always do our best to communicate any unexpected delays as they arise.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and item type.

Oversized or freight items may require additional shipping fees due to size, weight, or delivery distance. If additional charges apply, our team will contact you for approval prior to shipment.

Any applicable fees will always be clearly communicated before your order is processed.

DELIVERY OPTIONS:
Local Pickup
Local clients are welcome to pick up in person by selecting Local Pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation with pickup instructions and available hours.

Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is curbside or doorstep only. Delivery teams are not responsible for entering the home, assembly, or installation.

White Glove Delivery
White glove delivery is available on select items and will be noted at checkout when applicable. This service includes in-room delivery, unpacking, light assembly, and removal of packaging materials.

Additional charges may apply for rural or complex deliveries, including limited access buildings or extended travel distances.
