At La Storia Design Company, each shipment is carefully inspected and packaged before leaving our premises. Should your purchase not meet expectations, please refer to the instruction below. We are committed to ensuring your experience with La Storia is seamless and exceptional from start to finish.

Cancelling Your Order

To request an order cancellation, please contact orders@lastoriadesign.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM:

Decorative Home Products

• Returns accepted within 14 days for a full refund and up to 30 days for store credit.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
• For Holiday/Christmas purchases made between November 25 and Jan 1, returns will be accepted until Jan 15 for store credit. A full refund is available if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase.

Design Services

• No refunds on design services once a project has commenced.
• Scope revisions or cancellations are handled according to signed agreements.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact orders@lastoriadesign.com prior to sending your item back. We kindly ask that returns not be shipped without prior authorization.

Manufacturer Defects & Transit Damages

While every order is carefully inspected and prepared prior to shipment, occasional transit damages or manufacturer defects may occur. Should an issue arise, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting orders@lastoriadesign.com. All claims are subject to inspection and approval.

For white glove deliveries arranged through our delivery partners, we kindly ask that all items be thoroughly inspected before the delivery team departs. Any visible damage or defect must be noted with the delivery team at the time of receipt.

Please Note: Many of our pieces are crafted from natural materials such as wood and marble. Variations in color, veining, texture, grain, and finish are inherent characteristics of these materials and are not considered defects. Natural wood may also expand, contract, or develop slight cracking as it acclimates to different environments and climates. These organic variations are part of the beauty and character of each piece.
