Revision requests must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery of the initial design presentation.
Revision requests should be consolidated into a single response whenever possible.
If revision requests are not received within fourteen (14) calendar days, the design will be deemed approved and the project will be considered complete.
Additional revisions beyond those included in the purchased package may be provided at La Storia's discretion and billed at our current hourly rate.

The Client is solely responsible for purchasing products and verifying all dimensions, specifications, finishes, and quantities prior to ordering.
8. Fees and Payment
Full payment is required prior to the commencement of design services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are non-transferable.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
